Most recently as EVP of Innovation & Strategic Initiatives at Tour24, she spearheaded initiatives that blend technological innovation with strategic leadership, taking the company from concept to a multimillion-dollar valuation.
With a career distinguished by her roles as a CIO and founder of three companies, Erin has excelled in creating and leading innovation and entrepreneurship centers. Her expertise in developing award-winning software and educational programs has positioned her as a thought leader in the industry and a dynamic speaker and presenter. Erin’s programs, recognized by Forbes and FOX TV, are designed to foster a vibrant and engaged workforce, particularly focusing on advancing women in leadership. Her clients include Comcast, Eversource, GE, KPMG, Spotify and more.
Her academic credentials include certificates from MIT Sloan Executive Education in Business Innovation and Stanford University in Positive Psychology and Well-Being, complemented by her roles as Director of the Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at UMass Boston and Director of Curriculum Innovation & Technology at Babson College, globally renowned for entrepreneurship education.
