0–3 YEARS EXPERIENCE
In this 4-week program, participants engage in 90-minute interactive sessions that prepare them to navigate the challenges of early-career roles. Through small-group activities, real-world scenarios, and actionable feedback, they build foundational skills to succeed and contribute with confidence.
